Description

The space

Hello! We are renting a room for 1 or 2 guests, in Monteverde, an area with a lot of greenery close and well connected to the center of Rome and to the Vatican City (a 20-minute ride). It is wide, warm, with parquet on the floor, posters on the wall and a big balcony! It has its own bathroom with shower. In the area there are bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias, all very near. Indoor parking available (for short stays).

Riccardo and his mother are wonderful hosts. Riccardo is very helpful with transportation and recommendations on where to go. His mother made us breakfast every morning and it was wonderful! I am allergic to gluten and my friend is a vegetarian and she catered to both of us. This is a wonderful place to stay in Rome!

As you can see from all the other comments, we had a perfect stay with Riccardo and his mom. Riccardo even did his best to help our tour time and everything. Don't hesitate if you find the dates available!

Hotels need to learn hospitality from Riccardo and his lovely mother. Without a doubt, we had the best AirBnB experience ever. Just to give an example, we had to leave at 6 am to go to Naples for the day. Riccardo wrote instructions on how to get to the station. His mother woke up earlier and prepared an elaborate breakfast for us. Not only that, she packed salami and cheese sandwiches, fruits, juice, ice tea, chocolate and cookies for the trip. Their love made us feel like family. On our last day, Riccardo dropped us to the train station to ensure that we don't miss it. Riccardo and mamma are the best and deserve 10 out of 5 stars! Last but not least, the room and apartment are clean, rustic and homely. Accessible to main attractions in 25 min by tram. We would love to come back and stay for long next time. Thanks, dear Riccardo and mamma! Arrivederci!

Very nice landlord! He gave us many good advice about our trip.He and his mother are both very warm-heart.His mother invited us for breakfast. We really like them!We just feel like the way,the house is very good and big.Our room is very comfortable. So lucky to chose Riccardo!I will come back next time~

I don't even know how to start my review...Riccardo and Mama Rosanna are more than great! I love them like family now and will definitely make their home my home away from home when I am back in Rome! I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a meal right away! They made me feel like family and took me to watch a family's Mandolin Concert Performance, which turned out to be one of my most unforgettable nights in Italy! The house had it's own character, I would say very traditional Italian like the ones I would see in Italian movies. The room is big and my bed, comfortable! The bathroom is modern and also big! The place is clean and the amenities are similar to that of hotels. The best thing of all are the hosts, you can't get the same treatment when you stay at hotels! This place deserves the highest star rating of all! Transportation going to historical sites and city center are easy. Just ask Riccardo and he will tell you everything! Mama Rosanna is the sweetest and would pack me food when I go out so that I don't have to spend, I love her! They spoiled me with food, especially breakfast! Thank you, Mama and Riccardo, for the parting gifts! I will cherish them forever! See you soon! Ciao!

Riccardo was a fantastic host! The room was very clean! The bathroom was really nice and we were given a big breakfast with coffee every morning. He helped us navigate the city and recommended places to explore, which made it very easy on us! I would definitely recommend staying with Riccardo and his mother!!

Riccardo was the perfect guest! He explained me everything I needed to know for my visit of the city. His mom is also adorable (cooking breakfast for the guests). I really felt like home even if it was my first time to Rome. The accommodation has everything you need. The room even have its private bathroom! Thank you Riccardo for your kindness and for making my stay unforgotable!
