This NEW Apartment is located on the Prince Edward Road West. It is only 2 minutes walk to the Prince Edward Mtr Exit C2.
And 5 minutes walk can reach the Sai Yeung Choi Street South. As you know, Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Tung Choi Street and Fa Yuen Street are the most popular local shopping streets in Hong Kong. Everything here is cheap and nice, no need to bargain as the price they quoted is already very cheap. Many local like me come here to buy clothes and daily commodities. Of couse, if you want to buy souvenirs, clothing and accessories for tourist, you can walk along the Tung Choi Street, you can reach Ladies' Market.
At the ground floor of the building, you can easy find the Convenient stores such as 7-11 Convenient Store & Mannings, laundry shop, pharmacy, Local Restaurants.
Other famous Sight-seeing can be reached easily from my apartment:
Tsim Sha Tsui, Harbour City, TST 1881 and the Avenue of Stars - 5 mins by MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station

This is a 3 Bedrooms Apartment equipped with one double bed and two bunk beds. Each room can fit for 2 people. If you won’t mind for a bit crowd with your friend, it is welcomed to host more guests. We have a sofa-bed of double-bed size in the living room and serve up to 8 people in total.
There is a full bathroom with separate shower. A full kitchen with electric stove, electric water kettle, refrigerator and microwave oven.
There is a large living area with a dining table and a brand new LED TV. Wireless free wifi is ready for all the guest to keep contact with other.
All bedrooms and living room equipped with Air Conditioners.
We provide shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens and hair dryer.
There is an elevator in the building and has security guard at the ground floor which ensure the safety of your stay and property.

This is a Strictly Non Smoking Flat.
UPON ARRIVAL AT PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST WAIT FOR ME AT THE FRONT GATE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE BUILDING IS BLOCKED. DURING YOUR STAY, IN CASE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR ANYONE ELSE AT THE BUILDING ASKS, JUST SAY YOU ARE MY FRIEND BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE STRANGERS GETTING INTO THE BUILDING. THANKS FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY.
Check in time is AFTER 3 pm. Make sure to contact me by phone at least 45 minutes prior to arrival such that I can meet you at the flat to hand you the keys and acquaint you to the surroundings.
Check out time is STRICT at 12:00 noon. Our cleaning crew will arrive at 12:00 noon to service the flat for the next guest, thanks for your cooperation.
Please help us save the environment by turning off electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or not using them.
Water heater needs to be turned off when not using. If it breaks due to prolonged time left on, you will not have any hot water for your stay and will be subject to expensive repair charges.
In the case that you have an evening departure flight: Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Kowloon Station Airport Express, which is only a 15 minute taxi or bus ride from the apartment. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.
