The space
**Coming for the 2025 season:** A dishwasher and electric shutters on both upstairs windows to better meet our guests' expectations.

**Ideally located in the heart of Burgundy**, perfect for exploring the region and the Morvan. On the agenda: nature, culture, gastronomy, and outdoor activities!

The village is just **2 minutes away** and has a grocery store. In **10 minutes**, you can reach the towns of **Etang and Autun**, where you’ll find all essential shops and services.

Our home is a **family house**, built in **1870** in a traditional way with **exposed beams and granite walls**. Over the past two years, it has been **completely renovated**, combining its **authentic character with modern comfort**.

A **small entrance porch** provides space for your shoes, umbrellas, and coats.

### Ground Floor:

The entrance opens into a **living/dining area with a kitchen**, featuring a **table for 4 people** and a **central island** for preparing and enjoying meals.

Perfect for **remote work**, a **dedicated office space** with a **desk, monitor (USB-C connection), and high-speed fiber WiFi** is available on the ground floor, along with a **first bedroom**. This bedroom includes a **double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers**.

A **bathroom** with a **walk-in shower, sink, and toilet** is also on this floor.

### Upstairs:

The upper floor, formerly an **attic**, is now a **large, bright space**, including:

- **A separate area with wooden flooring**, suitable as a **fitness room** for yoga, strength training, or Pilates, equipped with **exercise mats, a medicine ball, a gym ball, and kettlebells**.
- **A sleeping area** with **seagrass flooring**, including a **cozy reading nook**.

**Bed linen and towels are provided.**

### Outdoor Space:

The **garden with private parking** completes the house. It includes a **Weber barbecue and outdoor furniture** (table, chairs, sun loungers).
