This small 2 bedroom house is the essence of pura vida. It is a simple home with all of the necessities to enjoy the beautiful beach located directly in front of the house. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and has hot water. The colors of the house are inspired by the surrounding sea life. Come enjoy Punta Uva!

The space
Casa de las Lapas is a rustic property with a charming simple house with all the necessities. There's a couple of Adirondack chairs in the front of the house to listen to enjoy the garden and all of the creatures that live and visit there including crabs, iguanas, howler monkeys, agoutis, and many different types of tropical birds including the great green macaw.

The house is situated 70 meters from the sea and at the end of Arrecife road. Punta Uva is known for its beauty and locals love to celebrate holidays on this beach. At times, the road to the house can be slow moving due to the number of visitors during the holidays.
