Location

Newton, Auckland

Grafton is a very old suburb of Auckland. It has a small residential area of lovely old character homes built in the late 1800's and early 1900's, lovely leafy streets, and is within a few minutes walk of the beautiful Auckland Domain. This is the largest park in the central city, and has sports fields, gardens, and Auckland Museum. It is perfect for walking or jogging, and has a great cafe right in the middle, near the duck ponds and huge old Victorian glasshouses known as the Wintergardens.
On Park Rd, 3 minutes walk away, there are lots of small, ethnic eating places, several great cafes, and a convenience store.
The area is well served with public transport as it is very close to Auckland Hospital.

I would love to share my home with you! I have lived in Auckland since my early 20’s, and love it. My three children were all born here, at home. I have some of their artwork, from when they were young, framed and hanging in my apartment. I co-host my daughter’s apartment 5 minutes away so it’s a family affair! My passion of renovating started when I was just sixteen, when I helped my parents paint a holiday house. I have since renovated many homes, with my apartment my latest. I work a varied week, so hope to be around to greet you when you check in. I’ve enjoyed backpacking in Europe, many holidays with my three children, and travelled overseas on business so have used these experiences to help make my home and apartment the perfect place to stay for business travellers, families on holiday or young couples backpacking around our beautiful country. I look forward to welcoming you !
