Whether you're old or young, romantic or a wild party animal, a tourist or a Paris connaisseur, my little studio flat will be perfect for your parisian getaway. It is located in the heart of the Trudaine-Rue des Martyrs area. This area has become extremely trendy in the past couple years, which means you'll find amazing stores, delicious restaurants, cafes and bars at every street corner, as well as countless clubs once the night has fallen...
The flat: a bit over 20m², in "chambre de bonne" quality (former servant housing on the last floor of traditional parisian buildings), a nasty staircase (6 floors without elevator unfortunately- but it's great for your legs I've heard), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, fully equiped kitchenette, double bed: simple but comfy!
The (+) points: on the courtyard, so it's very calm, a lot of light, best area in Paris according to me :), vinyl record player!
The (-) points: the 6 floors without elevator, a rather murky-looking corridor, but which doesn't reflect the flat at all, you'll see! no blinds on the windows so the sun might wake you up, and unfortunately the fridge is quite old and buzzes.
Any questions: please ask, I'm happy to help!
Séjour agréable, appartement bien situé et charmant.
My friend and I visited Paris and stayed at Marie's room. It was our first experience of finding room via airbnb, so we realized that Marie took some risk letting two unknown guys from Russia live in her room. We are very grateful to Marie. She hospitally met us and explained everything we needed. She also gave us password from local WiFi and answered our e-mail questions rather fast. Generally, it was a comfortable stay. To my mind, the greatest plus of the room is that it is close to Monmartre and not far from city center. The only minor minus - hot water in the shower ends in 20 minutes, but it wasn't a surprise to us, because Mary warned us about that.
