Perfect location. Patrizia and her husband were very helpful and welcoming. We didn't expect the location to be so beautiful as we waited to fly back home. Rome Ostia Antica was gorgeous!! We had a wonderful final night at a pizza restaurant recommended by Patrizia and it was seriously the BEST pizza we'd had in Italy! The ruins were gorgeous. We were there in the middle of a heatwave so the room was very hot which woukd be expected... but we still enjoyed our stay a lot. Great place to stay when you fly in or out of rome. Highly recommended.
Patrizia took excellent care of my daughter and I and went above and beyond. A great start to our visit to Italy! Thank you Patrizia!
After I got lost and turned around a few times (completely my fault) I arrived hot and tired to Patrizia's beautiful home. Patrizia was helpful, inviting, and very accommodating.
Me and my wife had a great time staying there. They were very polite and helpful. The food was very good too.
I had an extremely positive experience with Patrizia and her family. They were very friendly and understanding, and are awesome hosts. I got lost and they went to get me and showed me the way. The place is beautiful, very comfortable and close to the airport. Very happy and would come back any time. :-)
First, I would like to say that Patrizia and her husband are very kind!! They helped me out tremendously in my time of need when my other place fell through and i needed a spot to sleep very, very last minute.
The room was fantastic! Really comfortable bed that made me sad I only was able to sleep in it a few hours. Clean bathroom and access to a coffee maker which are two other things I love :) Their B&b is within walking distance to a handful of things including restaurants and a roman castle. It seems like an interesting area but I did not have time to explore beyond seeking out a spot for a quick dinner. A small little shop on the Main Street has great sandwiches and pizza slices.
The only down side for me was the accessibility to the airport at the time I needed. Of course this is not Patrizia's fault and I should have looked into access to the airport better before booking. Because of experiences with other airports I made the incorrect assumption it would be easy to get to the airport for an 8am flight from this area. They again saved me and really helped me out! I just thought I would mention that in case it helps someone else plan better than I did :)
Overall a good stay. I would recommend to people especially if you have a car or have just arrived in Rome. This seems like a fantastic spot to start exploring the area and city.
Good communication. Was picked up from station and bedroom was very clean with private bathroom. Great stay in a good location. Highly recommended.

About the Host, Patrizia
I am italian and I lived in Rome for twenty years and then I moved in Ostia, 20 km from Rome. Now I live with my husband and my child of six years between the beach and Rome, in a charming location near the countryside.
I have always loved Nature and Animals since childhood. That's why today I am an environmental guide; my job is to organize excursions to the Natural Reserves. I also work in schools about science labs and Environmental Education. My role is to make discovering and loving nature to the children.
Our dog Lilli lives with us. She is friendly with everyone and especially with children and we love her very much. Our guests don't meet Lilli if they don't want.
I love Mountains and as soon as I can I go with my family to spend some days in the Alps during Summer or Winter or in the nearby Apennines.
I live Irish music and also Ireland where I've spent a long time.
We like very much Finland as well, where my husband and I spent our honeymoon and where we come back as soon as we can, reaching Lappland.
