What a lovely place! Battista's apartment was everything our group of 9 could hope for. There are stunning architectural details like a vaulted brick entryway and stained glass windows. Luca was very helpful getting us checked in and suggesting the best ways to travel around Rome. The apartment layout is very open (bedrooms were mostly "semi-private," only one has an actual door, and you had to pass through bedrooms to use one of the bathrooms and access two of the bedrooms), but the two modern bathrooms were a dream and a nicely sized kitchen made it easy to prepare a meal for 9. The location was ideal, the metro is just steps (10 at most) from the front door) and the proximity to termini made day trips around Italy a breeze. As a group who loves to walk, we often took the 35 minute walk to the historic center of Rome rather than using the public transportation. WiFi was a bit of an issue, it was spotty throughout the week, but we were able to get it working on and off. Luca was very responsive with any of our questions and made it such a stress-free vacation. It really was a fantastic spot for our group and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
The appartment is big, nice and clean, good a big family. Luca is very friendly...
Luca is very kind host. He is very attentive, answered all my questions. The apartment is perfect, very comfortable and very clean, I loved staying there. The location is very good for someone, who prefers to stay next to the trains: close to the train station and in front of the metro station, a few stops till the main attractions in Rome. Many thanks to Luca and strong recommendation for his next guests!
We booked very late, day before arrival late. As a result, there were some issues meeting with the owner--we had trouble finding the place and were late, and either the owner left or he wasn't prepared for our arrival. We managed to get in contact with him and he had the place unlocked for us and cleaned up very quickly. Fortunately, the apartment is very nice with room for a big group. The only major issue we had was that the wifi was bad--it spent as much time nonfunctional as functional. Other than that, everything went well and the owner was helpful.
We enjoyed our 4 day trip in Rome much because of our convenient stay at Battista's place at Vittorio Emanuele! Battista and Luca, were flexible enough to allow us early checkin and made sure the place was clean. The apartment is very spacious (can easily house 8 people) and has a classic feel into it with high ceiling and classic house appliances. The place is very convenient for transport, with bus and tram rides downstairs and metro station also right under the street in front of the apartment. This place is easily 15-20 minutes by metro, tram, bus or walk to all major attractions in Rome!
Thanks Battista and Luca for this nice place!
We had a very nice stay. The apartment is quite roomy, especially recommendable for big groups. The host was helpful and attentive at all times we needed him

Roman born I find Rome one of the more faboulous city.
My favorite cities in Italy: Venezia and Napoli. I work with art projects and have written some book. If friends in the apartment have the feeling to be roman people and to stay in the right place in the right moment this is perfect for myself.
I like especially the places nearby Stazione Termini in Rome, I love the Archeological Museum of Piazza dei Cinquecento and the gardens around, Piazza di Spagna very near is the esprit de finess of all romans, for eating my loved place is in Trastevere.
The city need so many energies that an home place: beautyful, friendly may offer only quiet times for organicing the next adventure day.
