Overall, our stay was enjoyable. This was my first experience using airbnb and visiting Austin. Sandeep was quick to answer my questions and offer suggestions. The unit itself was very spacious (comfortably accommodated my group of 9) and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Also, the code entry system is was much better than having to keep track of multiple keys.
The unit does show some wear/tear (such as marks on the wall, deflating air mattresses), but fine by our standards. The selling point for this unit is certainly its size and location. I would consider it again for my next trip.
The place was large and just fine. I was on business over the week. Sundeep was very accommodating and responsive. The place was bare bones but fine for a conference.
Sandeep's apartment was great. We had an easy time checking in, getting into the apt, etc., and the access code meant that smaller portions of our large group could get in and out without having to manage a single set of keys.
The apartment's location couldn't be better. It's near downtown, near 6th street, near Congress, and definitely walkable to Rainey street. The apartment is on the ground floor so it does get some street noise, though that wasn't a problem for us, as we were out exploring Austin for the majority of our stay.

I have been married since December 2003 and I have a son who was born in August 2005.
I lived in this condo complex from June of 2000 until June of 2002. I loved living there and wanted to share the experience with other travelers.
