Interaction with Guests
I only meet my guests to introduce myself and make sure they are comfortable for their stay.
The property is located in a very prime neighborhood for downtown Atlanta. We are situated 1 block from the Americas Mart and less than 2-3 blocks from all the major hotels (Hyatt Regency, Marriot Marquis, Westin, etc). We are also under a mile away from the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), which is a pleasant 10-12 min walk through Centennial Olympic Park.
The Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Atlanta Children Museum are all two blocks from our front door.
Being located centrally downtown there are plenty of dining options from High End Steakhouses to more casual family dining options all walking distance no more than 5-10 mins away. Feel free to contact me if you're searching for something specific.
We are located 1 block north of the nearest MARTA (local tri-rail) station, less than a block from a major bus transportation hub, and also have a cab stand across the street.
Again, being located centrally finding a rental car, Uber, or Zip Car is very easy to do from our property. There is usually an Uber or cab right outside the door.
Other Things to Note
*The check in/check out process is easy. There will be a set of keys waiting for you at the front desk to check in at your leisure. Simply provide the concierge with valid photo ID and your unit number and they will assist you with the rest.
*If you are a fellow Airbnb host feel free to contact me regarding a property exchange. We travel often and are always open to a fair trade.
*Keep in mind that this unit does not have an assigned parking space. Parking is available below the building starting at $10/nt
*Being located downtown we often host special events, prices are liable to change for these events.
*Due to quick turn around and cleaning logistics 1 night stays are $200 min.
House rules are mostly simple:
1) Please treat this property as your own. These units are privately owned properties and although we love hosting our guests we just don't have the resources the larger hotel chains do.
2) This is a residential property and we have been allowed by the homeowners association to offer our units for business travelers and tourists. We reserve the right to remove any/all guests for acting disorderly or disturbing property residents.
3) Please do not make any changes to any home audio, or appliance configurations. I'm not so technically inclined myself and changes to wiring etc takes away from the experiences of the next guests. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I usually reply very quickly.
4) Upon check out please remove all of your trash (you may discard the trash in the chute located at ends of each of the hallways.) We also ask that you pile all dirty laundry/linens in one place so our cleaning staff knows what needs washing.
4) Relax and enjoy your stay, as I mentioned if you need anything at all dont hesitate to contact me.
Pets Not Allowed : As per rules of the building no pets allowed.
Minimum Age Limit For Renters : 26 years plus
This place was perfect! Great location for what we needed and parking was easy. Host was friendly and let us know about a festival that was going on. Everything was clean and neat. Would stay here again and already recommended to a friend.
It was amazing to comeback to Yasser's place. it definitely felt like home now that i stayed there twice, and both times Yasser helped me to be comfortable and welcome. He is always willing to make your stayed easy and enjoyable. As always , the location is great, and with an excellent view. I will return next year for sure! Thank you much!
Yasser was nice and responsive to every issue that came up. There are definite pros and cons to this apartment. Pros: It is right across the street from the Hyatt Regency, so if you are there for a conference, as I was, it is super convenient. It's also nice to have a screened porch. Cons: This is an old apartment, and feels like it hasn't had a good thorough cleaning in at least a decade. I rent AirBnBs primarily so I can cook some of my own meals, and the kitchen in this apt was extremely basic and not super clean. There was no frying pan or skillet, so I had to ask Yasser for one so I could make some scrambled eggs for breakfast. He brought me a wok, which I made do with. In general, it feels like this apt has been neglected. Cabinets are nicked here and there, obvious repairs in the bathroom have been done in a shoddy manner, the light bulb in the closet wouldn't shut off so I had to remove it, the mats in the bathroom are pretty gross. I made due, and it was fine, but if you are looking for something new and clean, this is definitely not your place. Also, parking is a pain, so do follow his suggestion to use public transportation if you can.
Yasser's availability and communication were outstanding! Phone calls were answered and texts were returned promptly--very important, as a few things did pop up as we tried to settle in. Just two hours before our arrival, the "undisputably" unit was not available because of a plumbing issue. Not a problem. Yasser offered us another great unit on the same side of the building, also with an amazing view. When the coffee maker didn't work, he brought us another one later that day.
The location of this condo building was perfect for us because we didn't have a car and wanted to walk to the downtown cultural and dining destinations. We felt that the building was secure, and the front desk people were always friendly and helpful.
Awesome place, and Yasser made it super easy to get started. I said my name up front, picked up the key at the front desk, and that was all it took.
The place is comfortable, spacious, clean and has a beautiful view. And the mattress is better than the one I have in my apartment; I slept like a rock. Highly recommend.
Location was amazing and check in was easy. Room had new couches and a super comfy bed. Great breakfast place and Chinese right downstairs. Yasser responds very quickly and is very helpful. would definitely stay here again
Yasser was great - answered all my questions promptly. We didn't need to interact once we were there because everything was as described! The furniture has been updated from the pictures. Very comfortable and served us well while we were at apparel market (less than 2 blocks away).
I would say the only downside here is parking. The lot next to the building is a bargain at $10 for 24 hours, but you do have to physically go pay at the machine, so that's a bit of an inconvenience to make sure your parking hasn't expired. Also, a word to the wise: if you pay for a space, then move your vehicle because you run an errand or go to dinner and end up in a different space, they will boot your car even if you have another 16 hours left! This is obviously no fault of Yasser's, but just be aware - you're better off paying another $10 than incurring the $75 boot fee.
