**For those interested I have 7 other units in the same building that suit different needs. To view them click my profile picture and scroll down till you see the "see all listings" button on the left.
This unit is a 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom Condo in located dead center between downtown and midtown Atlanta. Its a spacious unit, well designed and fully equipped for vacation or business traveling requirements. As you enter the unit you walk into the foyer and the first thing you'll see the living/dining room which is overlooking the balcony. We believe this side of the property has really nice views of downtown Atlanta. I live in a unit a couple floors directly below (same view). The kitchen has a breakfast bar seating for 2 and is equipped w/ all the necessities, if you decide to cook or order in we got you covered.
The unit has an entertainment center which includes, cable, cd/dvd, wifi, etc. Bedrooms are nice and spacious with plenty of room for two people and their personal belongings. Bathrooms must be immaculate according to my value system so I make sure we have them scrubbed & sanitized before each visit.
I have a lot of guest who stay here specifically for the location. We are seconds from every big hotel chain located in downtown Atlanta, from the America's Mart and from the Georgia World Congress Center. Georgia Dome or Phillips Arena are walking distance from this property. You can actually see the GA Aquarium and the World of Coke from this unit. Being this unit is downtown there is always something open to do, restaurants, bars, diners etc. The neighborhood has a good vibe during the day (just like any good metropolis) but if you want to slow things down you can walk a few blocks north to Midtown where things are a bit more relaxed and "polished". We eat out a lot here so if you're not to picky just let me know I'll help you find some place I may think you'd like around here. (Note: If you are attending a conference, convention or special event please contact us regarding event rates, oftentimes there is an increase)
Location: Walking distance to America's Mart, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, New World of Coca-Cola Museum, Fox Theatre, CNN Center, Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, Westin Hotel, Etc.
Dining: Tons of option located directly downstairs on Peachtree and closer to Allen Plaza, Luckie St, Marietta Blvd, City food courts as well as GSU food street. Midtown and Buckhead are a short drive or MARTA.
Transportation' One block from 'Peachtree Center' MARTA rail station, with convenient access to Airport and Metro Atlanta. The main bus station is 1 block down and a Peachtree St. bus stop is located directly in front of our property. Peachtree and parking garages (covered and uncovered) located throughout the neighborhood. If all else fails there is a cab stand located across the street from the building.
Parking: Being downtown the units is not assigned its own parking spot. There are plenty of lots on the block and often times we have discounted passes to offer guests at $12/nt
As someone who had never used Airbnb, Yasser provided an experience I couldn't imagine to be any better. Although we never met in person, Yasser was always reachable via phone & you'll be expected by the front desk concierge & given your keys. The view is a way better than the pictures could do justice & as someone who lives 5 minutes from the condo, it was worth every cent.
Great location. Overall, the apartment was clean and well-kept.
Yasser was awesome! He didn't hesitate to help print concert tickets when we were in a pinch. Both the building and apartment were clean and the door people were very friendly and accommodating.
Never met him as he has several apartments in the same building. We spoke several times and he was helpful. Apartment was exactly as described. Clean and in convenient location close to convention hotels, MARTA subway, restaurants, and many tourist sites.
Oddly, Wi-Fi router was on a socket that also feeds a floor lamp and is controlled by a wall switch. So if Wi-Fi is not working check that wall switches are all on.
This was the best lodging experience I've ever had while traveling. Yasser was in contact with me every single day to make sure our experience was positive and that everything we needed was taken care of - he was extremely professional, friendly, and hospitable. This is the ONLY place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Atlanta. The location was PERFECT - 3-5 minute walk to the Marta station, 3-5 minute walk to the Aquarium & World of Coke. There were a ton of great restaurants within walking distance as well and there was a convenience store and a liquor store on the first floor of the building. We only paid $10 a night for parking right next to the building (middle of the week in mid-December). Security was top notch - you had to have a special key fob to get in and the front desk attendants recognized us and were extremely polite and welcoming. The view truly was spectacular.
Communication was excellent. I arrived at the airport around 11:00am and was in the apartment by 1:00pm, before check in. Location is central to the downtown and the view on the enclosed balcony is excellent. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished.
Nice, clean place, convenient location. Check-in/check-out was easy, the front desk staff very friendly. Used the apartment only as a place to sleep as I was busy attending a conference, but it was nice to have a "homey" place to relax at the end of the day.
This is a great place right in downtown. I didn't get much time to use the home other than to sleep as most of my time was spent at the convention center.
I stayed for over a week, and it was exceptional. 10/10. I was in Atlanta for a convention at the Hyatt Regency, which was just across the street. Yasser made sure that everything was fantastic. Wifi worked great, awesome balcony view, kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. If you are hesitant about airbnb, you have nothing to worry about staying with Yasser.
Great place, If you are staying in the downtown Atlanta area this is the place to stay. I stayed for a week and had to attend meetings each morning 7:00am at the Marriott Marquis down the street. It took 3-5 minutes door to door. Clean, quiet, secure. Public transportation 3-5 min walk from the lobby. Nice places to eat entertainment all within walking distance. CNN, Aquarium, WCC near by. Yasser helpful if you need anything, beats the price of the high priced hotels. Felt like I was in my own apartment.
