From the big window you will be able to watch all the town and Sierra de Guadarrama (Madrid mountains), even the Cross of Valle de los Caídos and Sierra de Gredos, the mountains of the province of Ávila). West oriented, just the sunset you’ll see worth this option to host yourself in your staying in Madrid.
It’s one of the best areas in Madrid and it has lots of services, shops and malls (El Corte Inglés, Moda Shopping), next to Paseo de la Castellana (the most important avenue in Madrid) but not too far away form the historical center, even at a walking distance.
It has Subway stations very close: Nuevos Ministerios (direct from the airport), at 5 min. Walk, and Santiago Bernabeu, beside. Palacio de Congresos is beside and IFEMA is very convenient (line 8 of metro, the airport line). They are so convenient to get to the historical center of Madrid: 3 stops and barely 10 min. There are also many bus lines, day and night and RENFE trail Stations: Nuevos Ministerios, 5 min. walk and Chamartín, 5 min. by taxi.
