Peace and quiet

This cozy log cabin that sits at the base of the Warner Mountains at 5,340 ft on 20 acres and backs to the National Forest. Beautiful view of the broad valley of the Pit River where you can witness breath-taking sunsets, dark skies where the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye, and even Mt. Shasta —which is located 95 miles west as the crow flies.

The space
Small cabin with a small kitchen, one bathroom, one open bedroom upstairs. The cabin is very much located in the country which means nature happens everywhere. With nature comes bugs and critters. Please be aware of that when you book.

The property is amazing to hike on. There are no real trails so bring your hiking boots with ankle support. The property extends directly back from the cabin and goes till it hits national forest. The previous owners did divide it up into fenced sections so do not worry if you come up on a fence you can go through it and will not be trespassing.

Guest access
You will have access to the cabin, driveway, and can hike the property at your own risk. Please do not approach or bother any neighbors. However, we, your hosts, are located on the neighboring property and you are of course welcome to hit us up any time if you need anything.

The Cabin has steep stairs leading up to the Bedroom and is Not ADA Accessible.

The price is based on 2 adults. There is a charge per person per night for additional guests beyond 2.
