Interaction with Guests
During the weekdays, the house is relatively quiet and empty with Mom and Dad, and guests will have some but limited interaction with the family. However on the weekends, the house gets full with family and neighbors. Even if the house is empty during your stay, please be aware that our family members drop in from time to time to pick up various pantry or garage/home improvement items.
The house is located in a quaint, but typically suburban neighborhood full of young families and seniors. The neighborhood also has a restaurant, salon, bank, deli, and pizza shop. The area has many historic sites like the William Penn Inn, is only 10 minutes away from hiking, biking, boating at Peace Valley Park, and is 2 mins away to the basic shopping malls and restaurants. Hopping to Philadelphia is very easy via public transit; train station is 10 mins away with parking available.

- We would strongly prefer guests to leave their shoes at the door to help keep the house clean.
- Always put the toilet seats back down.
- Please tell us if you are expecting guests.
- We do not allow any smoking or drug use in the house.
- We also are a pet free house.

Hardik's home is in a very nice, quiet subdivision just off a main thoroughfare. It is very well kept, colorful and nicely decorated. His family is wonderful and friendly.
This area is not a tourist destination but if you're going to be in the area I can certainly recommend this place. He gave me my choice of two rooms, each with a private bathroom. The room I chose had a very comfortable bed. My whole experience was quite pleasant.
I had very good time staying at hardik's place... He was very helpful throughout... He and his family are very warm hearted and friendly people... I would definitely recommend this place to all... Thanx Hardik...

I was there to visit my girlfriend for one week. The room was very clean and inviting. Additionally I had my own bathroom. I would recommend this room and would rent it again. I was warmly welcomed by Hardik's family and felt very comfortable.
I had a few email and voice mail conversations with Hardik before I arrived. I was in the area for a music festival and I came in during the day to go to sleep and went and did my thing during the evening and overnight. Hardik said his mother would be 'checking' me in when I arrived, and she was such a lovely person. When I arrived she was ready to make me coffee and breakfast, but since I was at the festival all night I just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. She showed me the room and after taking a shower I came down and spoke to Hardik's mom and dad for about an hour, such wonderful patents, I just felt at home.
The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The room with the private bathroom was very clean. I met everyone in the family except Hardik, because of my schedule and his busy schedule, we did not see each other.
Great place to stay and will probably end up there again next year.
Hardik and family were amazing and gracious hosts. Hardik informed me that he wasn't going to be in when I check-in, but made certain that I had all the correct information, and told me his sister or mother would be greeting me when I arrived. His mother was extremely nice and sweet, and the house was homey, comfortable, and spacious (especially the back yard!). The rooms were very clean, and included everything I needed (fresh towels, soap, etc.). Hardik himself was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and accommodating (both in person, and over airbnb messages). I was there for one night, and my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I plan to visit the Philadelphia area again, and now know the perfect place to stay outside of the main city.
I am a working professional in the Philadelphia area. Our family is a fairly typically loud, ethnic family. We stay fairly physically active with all of the natural beauty in the delaware valley where the biking, running, and hiking take out a chunk of our time. I personally love the city of philadelphia; has all the action of a metropolitan city and none of the aggravation and crowds. We are also fairly socially active in that we often have people over our place.
