Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
U-Pick farm close to the beach & surrounded by nature. The tent is now a Cottage! With a queen bed, pull out couch, private yard w/ picnic table, porta potty, heated outdoor shower/ sink, air con/heater, & access to the farm w/ shared kitchen, grill, fire pit, pavilion & you-pick veggie garden. Sea Isle City beach is 15min away. We back to Belleplain State Forest to hike/bike/swim. See host profile 4 more rentals

The space
We are a small hobby & you-pick farm with chickens, peacocks, bunnies & honey bees. We also have a friendly dog who likes to greet guests ( if fearful of dogs just let us know and we can keep him on leash and away from you)


If you have never been camping or glamping our Bella Mar tent is the place to start!

Glamping stands for “glamorous camping” which is what this is. You get a little of both worlds. For example, you will sleep in a Queen sized bed and be able to take a wonderful hot shower after a full day of beach going and outdoor activities but there is no mistaking you are still in the woods. There will be bugs and may be deer, fox, or other woodland critters dropping by for a visit and -when nature calls-you will need to walk a short distance to the outside guest toilet/porta potty. It is a camping experience after all.

Each rental has its own private “yard” and we ask all guests to be respectful and not go into these areas unless invited.

Otherwise, all guests are welcome to explore all of our 5.5 acres including our field, trails, garden areas ( you pick veggies!), communal fire pit, hammock & slack line area. We also have a communal Coffee & Book Barn that has a full kitchen plus self serve coffee/tea, games, and books. We are in the process of building a meditation path, pond, cold plunge, and multiple pens for livestock. If you want to explore more, you can exit the back gate to the trails of Belleplain State Forest.

Neighborhood highlights

Our property backs to Belleplain State Forest where you can hike, bike and even swim in their lake for free with NJ tags. They also have kayaks and SUP’s for rent at the lake.

We are very close to a number of NJ Shore towns and beaches. The closest are SIC and Strathmere’s free beach but you can also access Ocean City and Cape May within a half hour drive.
