A note on our rates:

Airbnb recently changed its pricing structure. Guests used to pay Airbnb's service fee on top of the nightly rate. Now hosts pay the full fee, so our nightly rates have gone up slightly to keep the margin the property needs. Your total price will be similar to before, and there are no additional Airbnb service fees on top.

Longer stays: the rate may be negotiable for longer stays, especially more than 2 nights. Professionals and people working in the area are especially welcome. Message us with your dates and we'll work out the best rate for you.

Blackout dates: discounts and rate negotiation don't apply during Super Bowl Week (February 2027) or other major events at SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, and Intuit Dome. Please check the calendar or message us if you're unsure.

Inglewood is a great neighborhood that has many wonderful things to offer but it still is a city and with that being said, you may experience some street noise as well as airplane traffic overhead. During games, concerts and events the traffic and noise can be elevated due to the proximity of the house to all the action. Remember this house is literally the first house across the street from SOFI Stadium. When the stadiums are not open the area is very quiet.
