About this listing
METRO "C" IS OPENED! NEARER TO THE CENTER! Small, but bright apartment in one of the most characteristic district, two steps from the Center! with all the comforts, can comfortably accommodate 4 people! Children are more than welcome!
The house where I was born and lived until 23's, is located on the third floor of a building with lift. It consists of 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 living room with television and a sofa bed formed of two separate beds, a living room-kitchen, 1 bathroom. Everything has been renovated to provide a practical accommodation, but without removing the tracks and some objects from the past and my history.Then, if you have children, I'll be happy to transform longue room with games , books and so on (look at photos!) according to their age.
In the Pigneto (modiva area), the building is anyway located in a quiet street. In the street there are two bars, one of these in the evening becomes a pub with live music and has Internet free with a special discount of 10% for my guests, on evrithing. Supermarket and every kind of shops are available in the street and around it. I also discovered a very nice shop that rent bicycle for guests that lenjoy cycling! Served very well by transport: a few meters from the palace is a bus to Termini Station, or, alternatively, a train to the Station Laziali and very near to another characteristic multietnic district of Piazza Vittorio. Not far away another bus leads to St. Peter (San Pietro), through the center of Rome. If necessary, the same bus also stops at San Giovanni to access the Metro A. For walkers lovers, the distance for St. John (San Giovanni) is about 2 Km.and fron there, you can coninue beginning the trip through the center of Rome passing from the Colosseum (another low Km). For those traveling by car, 30-40 minutes, can reach the characteristic area of the Castelli Romani (Frascati, Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, etc.).
Finally, the typical district of Pigneto, where different ethnic groups live side by side with the indigenous community, offers leisure and entertainment 24 hours on 24, with cinemas, restaurants, pub, bars, and during the day, you can find fruit & vegetables market and a library.
The whole house is available to my guests, with a fully equipped kitchen to live for a long time. In addition to the normal complement of linens and towels, pottery and pots you will find:
- Air Conditioning
- Television with digital terrestrial;
- Hot water (for tea, herbal teas, etc.).
- A machine for American coffee, mocha and infusion;
- Microwave oven;

About the Host, Lucilla
Ciao!
