  • The flat was in old house, you can hear everything from the neighbors. Also wasn´t so clean, somewhere you can find really old dust and lot of hair and fur. The staff was so pleasant. Overall impression was good.

  • Appartment well located, nice and calm neighborhood, the building is typical of New York. But the appartment is too small for five persons, lack of privacy. Not enough space for eating to five. Noisy radiator with impossibility to turn it off (radiator valve can not be used)

  • We are a family of 4 2 kids and 2 adults. We enjoyed our stay at the apt which was clean warm and pleasant. We liked having the kitchen and that we felt safe. The place was really bright and clean. We liked that we could come and go on the A train which is a 5 minute walk away. We LOVED being close to the Brooklyn Children's museum which was great! we had a pack and play and we used it in the front room the small bedroom was perfect for my kindergartner who loved having his own space. Great for the price! thanks for a nice stay.

  • It's almost same with the picture of website. A tiny apt, very warm and comfortable. Internet is working well and the location is ok, walk to the A or C line subway in 15 mins.
BTW, the building manager, Jess is very nice and kind.
Basically, we had a good time in this apt. However, a few problems I would suggest people think about:
1\ the shower is too weak. We even didn't shower everyday since the water came out as drops...
2\ the gas stove has two spots doesn't work well. The upper left and right are fine, but the bottom left and right's are hardly light up by the panel. The good thing is we found the match in kitchen.
3\ Neighbours are nice but a bit noisy. They moved furnitures or case I guess, at MIDNIGHT! My Mom couldn't sleep even over the night before we left.

  • We had a great experience! Anita was really helpful and she answered any questions that we had. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved their amenities (cable TV) and small kitchen. We really made use of the apartment! Plenty of outlets for us to charge our phones, cameras, and/or laptops. They had a heater running through the entire building, which kept the place really warm and cozy. When it got a bit too hot, we just opened the window to let the cool air come in.

The only thing I'd complain about is the shower because we all felt that the water was really weak.

  • Definitely best value for the price. The apartment is clean, nice and very warm. It is also tiny, so if you're coming with a bigger party you'll force you to sightsee even more.

  • Good vacation. That was my second time in NYC. Brooklyn is a good borrow. A lot of shops and people is nice.
