This newly renovated 2500 sq. ft apartment is certain to meet all your needs. Complete with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens and 1 twin), a double futon, two full bathrooms and a balcony. With deluxe accommodation especially designed for small groups or families of up to 8 this apartment is sure to please the most discriminating guests that is looking for both quality and comfort. Larger groups may want to check out a sister apartment located in the same building which is better designed to handle anything from reunions to bachelor/batchelorette parties.
Enjoy comfort and elegance with an industrial central air conditioning system, digital heating controls in every room high ceilings, hardwood floors, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, WiFi and a living area with a television, DVD player and more.
With less than a five minute walk to the Museum, Crescent street, the metro, countless bars, clubs, restaurants and Montreal's finest retail stores and with less than a ten minute walk to the center of downtown at Peel and St-Catherine, you will find yourself minutes away from anywhere you want to be.

As your host I am always available for you and I will do whatever is necessary to assist you with anything you may need or any arrangement you may require.
-Summer bookings (May 1-September 7) of 2 nights are only accepted within 60 days of the desired check-in date.
Upon departure guests are asked to leave all linens in place and any dirty dishes in the dishwasher or sink. Please do not run the dishwasher or laundry machine prior to your departure as our cleaning people have a system that can easily be offset.
The apartment does not provide a land line. All guests must have a working North-American cell phone. In the event that a guests cell phone is not North-American and we must contact the guest there will be a charge of $1/text and or $1/minute for phone calls.
At least one member of the group (herein referred to as the group) must check-in before 10:00 pm. Any group not checked in by 10:00 pm will be charged a supplemental fee. The fee shall be as follows; groups checking in between 10:00 and midnight will be charged a flat rate fee of $50. Any group checking in after midnight will be charged an additional fee of $50/hour or any part thereof until arrival this fee is payable prior to checking in (example a group checking in at 1.15 am will be charged an additional $150).
To avoid disappointment please be advised that all pre-approvals will be valid for 24 hours only and do not at any time guarantee that the apartment will not be available for the dates in question.
Lost garage keys $25. Lost parking passes are charged a fee of $15/remaining days in the month (example a pass lost on a spot paid till April 7 would be liable for 23 x $15=$345.
When possible early check-in will be made available after 9 am. There will be a $50 fee for anyone checking in before 11 and a $25 fee for anyone checking in between 11 and noon, no charge will be assessed to anyone checking in between noon and 2. These fees are payable prior to check-in.
Great experience at a great apartment. Franklin was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience in Montreal. His apartment was large, clean and just as advertised. He also provided good restaurant and night life recommendation... I highly recommend Franklin and would stay with him again on a return trip to Montreal.
As many other reviewers have said, this is a really nice home near the city center. We were a group of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. Franklin was easy to reach and a very responsive host. It was great that he also provided extra blankets, pillows, and towels.
Franklin was very responsive and easy to reach before and during our stay. The internet was very spotty during the beginning of our stay, but Franklin had it fixed as soon as we contacted him. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, three bedrooms with queen/king beds and one with a twin bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room and Franklin also provided an air mattress. The unit is very conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this unit for a larger group that appreciates living comfortably.
Nice, big, clean, calm flat. Was perfect for the six of us (4 beds + 1 sofa + 1 air mattress). Leaky air mattress was changed within 1 day. Second time in this house, last year we had the flat on the 1st floor, which is almost exactly the same. Had a very nice conference week in Montreal with my 5 colleagues.
To begin with Franklin was a great communicator throughout the process. From confirming our rental to reminders as the date approached to meeting us at the front door to welcome us he was excellent. The rental is in downtown Montreal (centre-ville) and in a perfect location for shopping, nightlife or touring. We were in town for the F1 race and it couldn't have been better. 2 blocks from the Guy-Concordia Metro stop, 3 blocks from Rue Crescent, and 5 blocks from Rue Peel. You just can't beat the location and the cul-du-sac street on which it is located is quaint and quiet.
The space is enormous. It has a dining room with a table big enough for 10 and the bedrooms were great. It even has a balcony in the master BR. Having 2 bathrooms was key with 6 people. The apartment could use a few more everyday supplies like extra pillows and a better set of glasses/cups, but it didn't detract from our experience.
Overall, this was the best airbnb/VRBO experience to date out of more than 10 rentals in Canada and the US. If you are planning a trip to beautiful Montreal with 4+ people this will most likely be cheaper than a hotel and equally nice.
I highly recommend any listing hosted by Franklin! I'm sure we will be back next year or the year after for the Formula One race as it is one of the best cities in which to see a race because the whole place is alive with energy and passion, not to mention super cars galore!

Franklin was a great host. He was quick in responding to inquiries and provided very helpful information. The location was nice and close to restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a larger group. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
Great place and great neighbourhood - walking distance to most of the happening places in Montreal. Franklin gave us a great welcome. Would definitely recommend!
