DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT –
Either a $400 deposit to be refunded at checkout or,
A $49 non-refundable payment for (website hidden) Damage Protection.
$400 taken by airbnb on credit card and refunded 24 hours after checkout.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
NO CANDLES ARE TO BE LIT INSIDE APARTMENT
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•NO early check-in or late checkout.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.
PAYMENT – An advance payment of $1/2 the Rental Fee is required. The BALANCE OF RENT is due Three (3) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS –Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE –
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance
The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Really amazing apartment - exactly as pictured - with a amazing view of the harbor. Mike and Marc are communicative and easy to deal with. The apartment really has everything you need but if anything comes up the staff downstairs are friendly and helpful! (The restuarant is really good too and we had a (email hidden) on NYE!) All an all a really positive experience - highly recommend!
What a wonderful apartment right in the heart of downtown Greenport, close to everything and was the envy of all the other wedding guests that stopped by to visit.
We loved this apartment! It was the perfect place for our group of 8 to stay for the weekend. The Mexican restaurant downstairs is incredible too! Super friendly staff, great food, awesome Halloween party!
Great huge spacious place with everything we needed. Nice that lucharitos was downstairs for food and drinks. We had a great time and I would totally recommend this place and hosts.
The apartment was a wonderful space to host my best friend's bachelorette weekend. It was spacious and clean. The central location made it possible to navigate the town without a car. Mike was very accommodating and accessible. This made traveling from out of state very easy. The added bonus was that Lucharitos did not disappoint, the margaritas (and tacos) were fantastic and a great way to start off the weekend! The ladies and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat.
Loved this place! I went with five of my girlfriends for a bachelorette party. The host was very responsive and helpful in all communications. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had two full bathrooms and a few mirrors scattered around the apartment so it made getting ready very easy.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants. We were here for a weekend and we never took the car out once.

This building was given to us by our mother, who received it from her mother many years ago. We retrofitted it and it is just beautiful. We know our Grandmother is smiling from heaven!
