Our comfortable family-friendly apartment easily sleeps 6 with a spacious living area & clean kitchen. Bathroom is large, located downstairs. Both bedrooms are located upstairs.
Located below road level with off-street parking, fresh food market next door and a short walk to full supermarket. It can be hard to find parking in town, we suggest you take a 5 minute flat walk to the city leaving your vehicle at the apartment. Airport Shuttle ride or Taxi is about 15min from the Airport.

The space
Everything you need is at the apartment for your convenience including fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water jug and some non-perishable items in the pantry.
Our bathroom is spacious and clean, with a fully enclosed shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and wash basin. Towels are provided.
Your apartment includes private parking outside your door, free wifi, television and a heat pump to keep you cosy in winter and cool in summer.
It is split level with living spaces and bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, including a balcony and mountain view.

Guest access
Your apartment is in a block of 7 apartments, with some permanent residents and some over night guests like yourself. Please feel free to park in front of your apartment and be considerate of our other guests if arriving late at night.
All amenities are included in your apartment. Laundry is provided separately for guests and resident use and includes 2 washing machines and a dryer. NZ 50c coins will be needed for the dryer..
Access is by key, stored in a key safe at your apartment. You'll be given the details for check in before you arrive.

Other things to note
SHARED LAUNDRY: We have a shared laundry, which includes 2 washing machines (free to use) and a clothes dryer which requires NZ 50c coins... (one coin = 5min drying time). A tub is available to hand wash items. All apartments have access to outside clothes lines. Any washing left unattended after the cycle is completed, will be removed and given to charity.

CHECK IN: After 2pm.
Check out by 10am on morning of departure.
Minimum stay is usually 3 nights, guests are welcome to stay longer. Storage is available for guests and include those who are tramping and require safe storage for items while exploring our amazing walking tracks.

PARKING: There is a steep driveway down to the apartments, and turning can be tight. The vehicle in #6 should be parked close to the door to allow room for a vehicle in Apartment #7 to get by. No Campervans down the driveway. There is a council carpark 4 sections along from ours which can park campervans.

Our neighbourhood is central to the city, located right beside Horne Creek which runs right through the middle of town and out to the lake. Fish spawn here in the spring, ducks bring their ducklings up to feed on the watercress growing in the creek.
You'll be skiing on Coronet Peak in only 30min from your apartment.
You could be swimming in the lake in only 5 min from your apartment.
The local supermarket is 2 minutes along the road, with a petrol station opposite, and just next door is a fresh market & deli for your fruits, veg and meat and morning cappuccino.
Many of Queenstown attractions or transport to attractions is super close & convenient. Best of all our family apartment can sleep 6 plus an extra mattress if needed. roll away.
