  • Fanny was a fantastic host and was responsive and flexible throughout all of our interactions. She made this rental as seamless as possible and I highly recommend you stay with her. She even went out of her way to share numerous recommendations on local places to eat and activities to do during our stay. With respect to the apartment, the location couldn't be better and is nestled in the old city of Antibes. The apartment puts you only one block from numerous restaurants, shops, the marketplace and the port, including nearby beaches. We particularly enjoyed getting fresh fruit and pastries every morning from local merchants. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean, newly renovated and had everything you could conceivably need during your trip. We had a much more authentic visit to Antibes as a result of staying here and I highly recommend that you consider staying here.

  • Fanny was a great host - I needed to arrive a little earlier than planned and this was not a problem - she lives locally so is there to help with any problems or questions you have which made our stay easier. We had a lot of luggage to take back and she was very kind to arrange a larger car to help us to the airport. The studio is in great condition and was spot less when we arrived - lovely place to stay in Antibes!

  • What a magical place! This apartment is in the perfect location, 2 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the train (going to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez), and surrounded by cute shops and delicious restaurants. The apartment is just gorgeous and so clean. The bathroom is very modern, was just renovated. Everything was there for us: towels, pots and pans, plates, dishwasher, laundry machine (including detergent).. everything! We were in Antibes in August so it was extremely hot- the AC in the apartment was a godsend. It was really nice to be able to go and tour around different cities on some days, and do relaxing beach days other days. Some nights we dined out in Antibes, other nights we picked up local pizza or fresh pasta and ate in the apartment. There is a very lovely french market 2 minutes away from the apartment every day except Mondays- here you can get cheese, fruits and vegetables, meats, olives etc. Not only was the apartment beautiful and in an excellent location, but Fanny was amazing. She was very quick with her responses and made booking the apartment very easy for us. She also prepared an amazing map of Antibes with everything you might need on it, and included some of her favourite restaurants. Fanny was very freindly and helpful before, during, and after our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • It is a nice appartment and great location but NB the NOT very generous cancellation policy, the cleaning fee and all the fees inside the appartment for scratches. For me it doesn't really feel according to the airbnb concept.

  • Fanny was a brilliant, welcoming host, and provided loads of information and help during our stay. The flat is lovely, clean, and has everything you might need. Its location is also great, right within the old town, which is by far the nicest part of Antibes. Highly recommended!

  • Fanny's studio is beautiful and perfectly located in Antibes! We really appreciated the maps she made for us of the city as well as recommendations of where to visit in the area.

I would love to come back and stay here again!

  • We have just returned from a superb trip to Antibes. The apartment was perfect for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and more, though we did spend most of our time exploring the town and surrounding area. Amazing food and wine too! Thank you to Fanny for the hospitality and excellent info she supplied for us to make our stay even easier. We hope to be back soon!

  • This is a fantastic, charming studio in old Antibes. It is very quiet inside the building yet outside is a very vibrant street life with lots of restaurants nearby. The local food market is wonderful as are all the local bakeries. Fanny is a great host with lots of great tips on places to eat. She also picked me up from the airport which is a great service. Highly recommend this studio.

  • This is a brilliant little studio flat. It's very well laid out with high ceilings, so it doesn't feel cramped, and the kitchen is easy to use and keep clean. The style is a great balance between charming and crisp, with rough, whitewashed stone walls and wooden beams. There is a tall window and a glass door meaning plenty of light, and it faces away from the street making it quiet and peaceful. It's right in the heart of the Old Antibes meaning your adventure starts as soon as you step out of the door. I loved going to get baguettes from the market each morning, and let myself in to 'my' flat with my own key. I felt like a temporary local. And rest assured - you are in reliable and caring hands with Fanny. I think I may be back!

I'm French with italian origins and after traveling and living in several countries around the globe I finally came back home in the south of France :-) I lived several years in the charming old town of Antibes. I love its cobble streets and I am always amazed at the view you get from the ramparts. The love of this city is what got me started with airbnb as I really wanted to share this with travelers from around the world and give them a taste of what it feels like to live like I do :-) I now live in the city centre of Nice and I LOVE IT !! It's different than Antibes in a sense that it's more vibrant, lots to do in the city itself and Nice has become so beautiful over the past few years with the tramway and its last addition: La coulée verte (nice park with water fountains, greeneries and wooden features that stretches from place Garibaldi till the Albert 1er square). I used to be an event production manager for about 8 years and I now run a home management company. My goal is to treat each guests like if they were friends coming here for a visit and I'll always go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I'm looking forward to meeting you :-)
