Escape to the vibrant 1950s era! This professionally-designed, amenities-packed, spacious 3-bedroom house has excellent proximity to Downtown OKC while being tucked into the quiet historic neighborhood of Lincoln Terrace. It’s just blocks from the OK State Capitol and OU Health Center. With its prime location (just 1+ mile east of downtown), you can bike-ride to all attractions and amenities the city has to offer! The house has a hot tub, pool table, arcade games, firepit, and sleeps 10!

Other things to note
This place is packed full of amenties and centrally located in the Historic Lincoln Terrace area and 1.5 miles east of downtown. It is right down the street from both the OK State Capitol and OU Health Sciences Center. It is a very close uber to anywhere downtown/midtown/uptown.

There is occasional helicopter noise from OU Medical Center.

We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET which is $35
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition.

Neighborhood highlights

Lincoln Terrace is a historic neighborhood situated on either side of N Lincoln Blvd south of the Capitol. The first homes in Lincoln Terrace were built in 1918, one year after the Capitol itself was completed. Lincoln Terrace boasts a wide variety of architecture, from classic American Colonial to Tudor and Italian revival styles. Most homes are large, two-story houses with spacious interiors, grand staircases, multiple fireplaces and an abundance of windows. Lincoln Terrace was designated as a historic preservation district in 1974 and on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Fun fact! The Capitol of Oklahoma is the only capitol in the world with an oil well under it. Directly across from the house is a historic oil pump that is still operating!
