Number 82 Areias dos Moinhos is a fully licenced holiday rental property located very close to the village of Carvoeiro in the central Algarve. Across two floors, the property offers 166sqM (1650sqft) of living space. The property has ocean view terraces and is within easy walking distance to the village of Carvoeiro and a number of beaches including Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Centeanes.

Below the property there is a large, shared pool area with a children's pool and a deep pool. There are toilets and showers at the pool along with loungers and umbrellas free for guest use. The pool is shared between the townhouses but has private access via a code-locked gate.
Complimentary Welcome Pack
We provide a complimentary welcome pack to get your stay off to a flying start.
Milk, tea, coffee, coffee machine capsules, wine, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If you have children, we will include some carton fruit juice drinks.
Laundry
There is a washing machine, iron, ironing-board, maiden and double washing line available for guest use.
Kid´s stuff
Buckets and spades are available for the kids, please leave them clean.
Linen
There are plenty of towels at the property, use them and replace them as you wish. We will collect used towels weekly. Bedding is changed weekly for stays exceeding 7 days

There are some beach towels available for guest use.
Golf Clubs
We have two half sets of golf clubs available for guest use, just clean them when you are done.

Guest access
You get the whole house. The pool is shared between the townhouses but it is a large area with twin pools. A shallow one for the little ones and a big, deep one for the swimmers
Other things to note
Please note that the swimming pool is shared by the townhouses but it is gated and code locked, it is not a public pool. There is a children´s pool and large deep pool linked together. Free loungers and umbrellas are provided.
