Live like a local and chat to your neighbors on your front porch. The fully furnished three bedroom home with furnish kitchen and private indoor laundry facility will help make this your home away from home.
Guest - Has two private bedrooms rooms & private bathroom.
Guest - will share the kitchen & living room area with host only. Host always working so I don’t normally use that area.
Guest - have free Concierge services with this property.
Guest - don’t have access to host suite the door stay locked at all times.
Host - is on-site as litter as the guests prefer. I am always available via phone/email.
Host - have a private entrance & suite inside of the home. Separated from the other two bedrooms with it’s own private bathroom.
Trust me you wouldn’t even know I’m there because I give my guest a lot of privacy.
Host - I will be staying on the property during the duration of your stay due to the regulations of the City Of New Orleans.
I will not be there 24/7 “LOL” because I have a life so trust me you guys really would be just fine.

Getting off the beaten path on vacation can sometimes be a risk but here you will be handsomely rewarded. Everything is close by in our small, intimate city. Grab a uber and head down to the French Quarter or for a more authentic experience hop on the Canal Street Car. Either way its a short journey. Or stay where you are and soak up some of the local flavor. Many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Get to know what New Orleans is truly about by staying in one of her coolest neighborhoods.

Public transit is easy and literally one block from the house that brings you directly into the “French Quarters “ (Downtown #Nola)
However, most people won't need public transportation because “UBER & LYFT” is always in the area 5-10 bucks normally to get downtown.
