Room with an Amazing seaview from the private terrace.

The space

If you want to enjoy the peace of the nature and stunning views, then this room could be the solution to your requests. The room is small, but anyway has his double bed, wardrobe, small refrigerator, private bathroom with the shower and a large private terrace with an amazing sea view.
We'll provide you towels, sheets, shower gel, hairdryer.
The room can accommodate two persons.
It remains at the beginning of the footpath from Vernazza to Corniglia, it remains 5 minutes of stairs from the center of Vernazza, the same distance from the sea, beaches, bars, restaurants, markets and train station.

Because there are 5 minutes of stairs to get to the house, I recommend bringing small bags or the bare essentials.
Another option might be to use the baggage transfer service from the station in Vernazza (running in high season from early April to early November) or you may have the chance to store the luggage in Vernazza at the railway station in a deposit running in high season from early April to early November
or at the railway station of La Spezia Centrale that is open all year long.

Guest access

Guests have a private entrance to their room and their private terrace overlooking the sea.

Interaction with guests

For arrive to our place (via carattino 64) from the railway station:

street. There you will see some steps to climb up on the left, on the direction of the footpath to Corniglia, for
2 minutes till to the number 64 of via Carattino. It's a pink house
with a gray gate. If i'm not there try to call me or come up till
to our restaurant or bar "La Torre" that remain 2 minutes of steps
after our house.

Can't beat this view! Excellent host and great communication. Just be prepared for the steps and spiral staircases (don't bring anything bigger than a carryon!). Also if you're staying during the warm season be prepared for some noise when leaving windows open to stay cool (although I'd expect this to be the case throughout vernazza). In my opinion this place is worth it for the beautiful panoramic views.

Andrea's place was amazing, the pictures of the patio view don't do it justice. The room is on the smaller side, but it fit the two of us just fine. The directions were very clear on how to reach the Airbnb from the train station and it was very easy to find. Wonderful stay and definitely recommend!

It is small as everyone says, but having the terrace helps a lot. The terrace doesn't feel quite as private and romantic as I had hoped because there is a cluster of other terraces at the same level and everyone can see and overhear each other. We enjoyed it nonetheless. The room does not have AC so I wouldn't visit during hot weather but the little fan in the room helped to circulate the air. We had a little trouble checking in because the host was not there and we had to find him at the restaurant he works at, which is a bit of a hike to get to. The room feels quite pricey for what you get ($150/night for us plus additional fees), but maybe that is the going rate for Vernazza. Overall a good stay!

Our stay in Vernazza, was everything we hoped for. The view from the terrace is special, and it was great watching sunset

Absolutely lovely spot in Cinque Terre. We arrived by train and found the directions (posted on the airbnb site) particularly useful to navigate our way through the busy Main Street. Up to the apartment, the spiral stair case makes for a tight squeeze, even with backpacks. We were greeted by Alex, Andrea's colleague who checked us in and gave us some great tips on hiking. The patio space is just incredible. With plenty of room, a table and chairs, loungers, and a view that is hard to beat, we spent evenings watching the sunset and enjoying 'takeaway' pizza. While the room is small as mentioned, the mini refrigerator and fan were a nice touch. We'd recommend taking the train to Monterosso and spending the day at the beach. Arrive early so you can secure chairs and an umbrella and definitely take the boat back to enjoy the views (and sea breeze) from the water. Ananasso is a great spot for happy hour drinks. Try a Hugo - St. Germaine liquor, prosecco, mint, and lime. They also serve espressos in the morning. If you're looking for a more American breakfast (eggs) try the spot just adjacent to it with outdoor seating. They serve an omelette for 6 euros that comes with tomato, greens, and focaccia on the side. Other things to experience while in Cinque Terre: the hike between Vernazza and Corniglia, Pesto, gelato, focaccia, anchovies, and swimming!

Andrea is a very nice host. The room itself is very small with little walking room. We stayed in the middle of August and it was rather warm at night with just the provided fan. We also had some issues with wifi and the retractable awning on their terrace, which made it quite hot to sit in the afternoon when the sun was above us. It was a great location and value. The best part is the private terrace overlooking the water and village - it is beautiful!
