The Lookout is a spacious, comfortable and renovated 1728 sq. ft. house, one lot off of Lake Travis waterfront. Plenty of room for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Walking distance to Sundancer Grill and the Sail & Ski Marina (one block away), and only a 5 min drive to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. Enjoy lake access/swimming in the cove via the easement (only steps away from house).

The space
Huge, dine-in kitchen with seating for 10. Front covered patio has propane grill and outdoor seating for 8, plus a small kids table.

Features a double-primary bedroom floor plan, one downstairs with a king size bed and adjacent bathroom, and another one upstairs with ensuite bath, along with another guest or kids bedroom with ensuite bath.

Living room has new, wrap-around sectional with queen size pull-out sofa bed. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds throughout - all have memory foam mattresses or mattress toppers.

Both of the upstairs bedrooms have individual Carrier mini-split units with remotes for custom temperature control (a/c and heat).

Upstairs primary bedroom has private balcony with porch swing and huge ensuite bathroom with free-standing large tub with separate shower and toilet room.

Other upstairs bedroom has bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom bunk and twin size on top. This room also has a love seat with a fold-out twin bed inside.

Guest access
Access to entire house from the back door, adjacent to driveway (door leads into kitchen).

Other things to note
The upstairs is split-level, with the primary bedroom on one side and a kid's/guest room on the other side for extra privacy (separate stair access to each).
