Interaction with Guests
I do not interact with guests unless they need something. It is a private atmosphere.
My neighborhood is very charming and was developed in the 1920's. There are a lot of Craftsman Bungalows in the area. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance.
Marta is the name of our public transit. There is bus stop 6 houses away. It takes you to Midtown station.

The host was very welcoming and provided information and feedback to all inquiries requesting information. I enjoyed staying at this home because of its location and ease of access to other venues that I wanted to visit. The room and entrance access provided the privacy and had all the features that were needed for my stay.
Ben's place in the beautiful area of Virgina Highlands was awesome! Very private and cozy! The lush gardens are amazingly wonderful! The city was a skip away so you get the best of both worlds!
What a beautiful neighborhood, home and experience. The room is very private and easy to find. My husband and I stayed for two nights as we toured Atlanta, where we will be relocating next month. This was the perfect place to crash after a long day of apartment hunting!
The property was amazing. In order to get to the room you enter through a very well maintained and beautiful garden that makes you forget you are in the middle of a big city.
The location could not be better. We came to look for a place to live since Kim and I are moving for work and it was very easy to get everywhere we needed.
The room was very well kept and very private. I wish we could have stayed longer.
The neighborhood was beautiful. The location is perfect getting around and seeing the city. Ben's garden is amazing and the room feels incredibly private.
Ben furnished a great stay again. The neighborhood is beautiful, as is the accommodations. This is my second stay at his home and the small details of of stocked fridge, coffee station, basic toiletries are so warming to the experience. I hope to stay there whenever I come to ATL!
