We can’t wait to host you and create new memories in our cozy apartment in the heart of St. Paul. Renovated in 2020, this 1905 unit has been restored to its original colors but paired with modern amenities!

The space
The apartment is situated in a building built in 1905. The AirBnB was originally a gym in early 1900’s, you’ll notice extra wide stairs not usually found in old buildings! The tin ceiling is original and was found covered up during renovation. The floors are original and absolutely beautiful. The downstairs was the office of a local auctioneer for many decades. It has been restored with circa era wood trim taken from an old statesman’ house in town.

Pets accepted with pre-approval and additional $25 cleaning fee. Pets not permitted on furniture.
