Spectacular one story home on an easy access, paved main road, level lot overlooking Buckeye Creek. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, w/ 2 spacious living rooms, 2 smart TV’s & 2 electric fireplaces, a fire pit, giving you ample room to spread out and be comfortable! We have a handicap accessible ramp to enter in front, or 5 steps, and grab bars in both bathrooms, for EZ accessibility. We are just over 2 miles to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, on the main road, paved & promptly plowed & maintained in winter

The space
Brand new creekside home featuring a spacious open concept kitchen, flowing into a beautiful dining room, and two large, separate living rooms, one on each side of the open concept kitchen. Both living rooms are equipped with electric fireplaces, that give off heat, huge flat screen TV’s with easy and convenient high speed streaming access and lots of room to spread out! 2 massive outdoor decks to enjoy the natural beauty of the forest around you, one partially covered to protect from the elements! Just 2 short flights of steps down to the creek & large outdoor, wood burning fire pit area to enjoy, for ambience, gathering with friends and family, or having some s’mores! 3 designated bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two twins. The office space/bedroom has a queen size comfortable futon. The master bedroom also offers a jetted spa bathtub to unwind after a day of hiking, mountain-biking, skiing, or snowboarding! Enter through the mud/laundry room to a new, state of the art, washer and dryer to keep all your gear ready to go! This luxurious creekside mountain home has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen, to cozy comfortable living areas to relax, have fun, and enjoy everything Beech Mountain has to offer! PLEASE note: some previous reviews from 2023 and earlier on this listing, reference our previous condo we sold, that was ski in/out. This new home is a short easy drive on main road to the ski resort.

Guest access
One of the most accessible, handicapped friendly homes on the mountain! Easy flat parking, with paved driveway access for 4-5 cars, directly off Pinnacle Ridge Rd making for extremely easy entry and exit. A ramp, along with steps, allow easy wheelchair or loading access, making checking in and checking out extremely easy and efficient.

Other things to note
Towels and sheets provided along with a dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, trash bags, 4 small rolls of toilet paper ( we have bidets on both toilets), , a roll of paper towels, and some basic spices for guests to use. The spacious back deck features 3 tables, one large dining and 3 large coffee tables for gathering with 12 chairs, outdoor sofa, outdoor rocker and BBQ grill. A washer and dryer is in the laundry room. We have crock pot, griddle, numerous pots, pans and ceramic cookware, high sped fiber internet and 2 smart TV’s for streaming. Please remember to set (at your home) your passwords for your streaming services, and bring them with you, so you can stream your favorite shows or movies, as we have no cable TV.
