Soft lavenders, delicate flowers and sunlight capture this bright and cheerful third floor dormer room. A charming queen bed, two chairs, dresser and end tables insures a home-like rest. The bathroom, which is shared with the Cabin Room, is about seven steps from the room. These two are the only rooms on the third floor and are ideal for guests looking for a lower rate with the same experience as the other rooms, with respect to use of the main floor and patio.

We bake fresh muffins every morning and have them on the table with butter, jam, cream and sugar. We will serve you as much freshly ground French Roast Coffee or Tazo Tea as you would like.
LOCATION: We like to say that we are close enough to everything, yet far enough away. We have a great central location, just two blocks from the Broadway shopping and restaurant district here on Capitol Hill. We consider it an urban forest with great architectural variety.
The house was very nice and a great location with easy transit to the tourist sites. The Iris room being at the top of the house had slanted roof angles that even being a short person I banged my head a few times. Breakfast was nice with fruit, cerals and muffin, but not a hot served full breakfast. Daryl provided brochures to the city attractions and helpful information on transit use.
