Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a brand new Guest Home is located in the heart of Little Saigon with 3BD/2BA (Westminster City). Approximately, 12 to 15 minutes drive to Disneyland, beaches, 3minutes drive to Asian Garden Mall (Phúc Lộc Thọ). Excellent location, fully stocked kitchen provided. Washer/dryer in the house, and with a private backyard, barbecue, and driveway parking included; it’s also a perfect place for vacation, holiday, and business travels.

1. Asian Garden Mall (Thương Xá Phước Lộc Thọ)
This is the cultural & shopping center of Little Saigon. You’ll find lots of Vietnamese shops—jewelry, clothing, specialty goods, food court, etc. 
2. Asian Garden Night Market / Chợ Đêm Phước Lộc Thọ
On summer weekends, the front of the mall turns into a night market: food vendors, snacks, street-shopping, live music. Great vibe, especially in warm evenings. 
3. Flower Market during Tết (Vietnamese New Year)
The mall and the streets nearby are transformed with flower stalls, decorations, festive music, etc. If you’re around in Lunar New Year period, it’s very lively. 
4. Walking down Bolsa Avenue
The main “Bolsa” strip is full of Vietnamese restaurants, bánh mì shops, cafés, dessert places, markets. Just exploring that is an experience. 
5. Vietnam War Memorial
It’s a place for reflection in the community. If you’re interested in history and cultural heritage, this is a meaningful spot.

We love the fact that the house is in little Saigon (Phúc Lộc Thọ - Westminter City) so close to Disneyland, the beach, the shopping mall, and the best that Orange County has to offer. And the house is such a central location to the beaches, Hollywood, and everything LA and Orange County have to offer.
