The space
We thoroughly disinfect our units for your safety.

Located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Condo (Cityland) beside the rotonda.

STRICTLY fits 4 people ONLY. Please RESPECT that.

Our 1 bedroom unit, 25 sqm., is perfect for small groups who are looking for relaxation in the heart of Tagaytay City. Puregold Supermarket, Filinvest’s Fora and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. A 5 minute drive past the old Rotonda (roundabout) is the newly opened Ayala Serin Mall.

Enjoy the amazing and windy view from the 20th floor with windows of the bedroom and balcony looking out to the Taal Volcano and Lake.

Our space has two (2) double-sized (54" x 75") beds that can fit ONLY 4 people, basic-equipped dining and kitchen, Taal view from the balcony and bedroom. Decorated in French country style, with cable TV and wifi. Remote controlled AC and ceiling fan, refrigerator, pans and pots compatible for our single-top induction cooker, microwave, rice cooker, cooking and dining ware (set of cutleries, plates, glasses, etc.) and a bath with shower heater.

Only beddings, towels and toilet rolls are provided.

The large bedroom window and the balcony door can also be opened to experience the natural cool breeze of Tagaytay flowing freely inside the unit.

Guest access
— Guests are personally handed a set of unit keys by Norman or our staff upon arrival. The keys are to be kept by the guest. Any keys damaged or lost will be subject to a fine of P500.00.

— Free parking slot (D112) for one (1) vehicle only.

—SWIMMING POOL: First come first served basis. Registration is at the 3rd floor lobby (ONLY checked in and registered names allowed to swim), is open from 6am to 10pm.

—SWIMMING POOL: Closed on Mondays and Thursdays for general cleaning.

— Extended pool use AFTER check out time is strictly prohibited.

— A roof top viewing deck and jogging path on the 24F where you can see all areas surrounding Tagaytay and the Taal Volcano.

Other things to note
** Security Deposit is NOT outrightly charged by Airbnb upon booking. It will just be noted as the maximum amount they can charge against your card for incidentals upon checkout.

Lobby security personnel are NOT allowed to receive keys from unit owners nor guests.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located beside the iconic and original Rotonda (roundabout) in Tagaytay. About a 5-7 minute walk to the Transport terminal. We are very near Puregold Supermarket and the newly opened Filinvest Fora, BDO, BPI, PS Bank ATMs, Mercury Drug, 7-11, Internet cafe, McDonalds, KFC, Chowking, Andok’s and other fast food in the Olivarez area.

Past the old Rotonda, Ayala Serin Mall is about a 10 min walk. Further down west (towards Nasugbu) are other famous places to eat (Mahogany, the Cliff House, Balai Dako, Breakfast at Antonio’s, Mushroom Burger and the original Bag of Beans), hang out, shop and visit (Fun Ranch, Calruega Church, Chapel on the Hilland more).

To the east of the Rotonda is Starbucks, the Picnic Grove, access road to Talisay going to the yacht club and the Taal Volcano, Tagaytay Highlands and Peoples’ Park.
