  • Terrific location, airy & light-filled flat, everything was great. Mads very responsive and considerate. I would definitely book this spot again when in Copenhagen. Very appreciated!

  • Our Stay at Mad's apartment was perfect! A beautiful location, walking distance to everywhere central and beautifully clean and spacious. Everything that we possibly needed was included. Mad's was away (but always kept in contact) and his friend Kasper was there to let us in and totally looked after us, even giving us dining out suggestions and invites out with his friends. A truly amazing stay and we would definitely come back and use Mad's pad again!

  • Mads agreed to let the place at very short notice, flexibility which was sincerely appreciated.

Communication overall was very 'low fuss'.

The place is clean, stylish, a machine for living.

It is also very strategically located: a quick 15-20 minute walk to Norrebro, Vesterbro, and the big, lovely park in Freideriksberg whose name escapes me.

Mads keeps a clean place and runs a tight ship. If he lives there regularly he's more a minimalist than most. Close examination reveals it to be a bachelor's apartment, but a very clean, chic bachelor for all that.

Two minor issues as I see it: the front door key is finicky. It works only once you have very precise instructions and some practice. Make sure Mads gives you the lowdown beforehand.

There was also not, as far as I could see, a kettle, which (Mads) would be a nice bonus addition. I *really* wanted to make a cup of tea when I arrived, and to have coffee in the morning. Luckily there are some really excellent breakfast cafes in the hood.

Overall, I would recommend both Mads - especially for his flexibility and low fuss conduct of the whole transaction, at short notice - and his apartment, which is strategically located, clean, and totally works for all human/urban purposes. It's a neat apartment in a good spot.

I enjoy the living and to meet new people from different cultures. I love new experiences and I'm pretty much into doing anything adventurous. I like the northern sky, I love bananas, I rarely get bored, I think huge trees are awesome, I'm a fan of weather.
