The space
This is nice apartment situated on 59 floor of Princess Tower, Dubai Marina.
It consists of living room with dining area, balcony access (there is a TV set with wifi and Cable TV; big dining table for 6, big and comfortable corner sofa),
kitchen is open-planned and fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, fridge, freezer, cooker, stove, washing machine, kettle;
2 bedrooms are overlooking the sea side. There is a king size bed in each bedroom, built-in wardrobes. There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has balcony access, and a bathroom, located next door to the room (opposite it) Bathroom for the second bedroom has shower tube.
There is a balcony facing the panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah and Sea.
There is an outside furniture on the balcony- sofa, 2 chairs and a table where guest can enjoy golden-red sunrise and pink sunset having a cup of coffee.
There are nice facilities at the building such as: outdoor and indoor swimming pool, children playing area, GYM, table tennis, fitness room, sauna and steam.
Lobby and public areas are very clean and tidy.
There are 2 AC controllers - one is the the master bedroom and another one is in the living area (for the living room and second bedroom). Apartment is for 4 guests occupancy so it is convenient to have 2 AC controllers to maintain different temperatures in the bedrooms depending on the guests preferences.
We provide some amenities like soaps, toilet paper, shampoos, shower gels before the check in only, to make our guests feel more comfortable taking the shower after arrival. Please note that this is a self catering apartment so you will need to replenish it with your own shopping.

Good day my dear guests! I would like to introduce myself so you can know more about me before making a booking. This is a family business, our Apricus Holiday Homes company (DTCM licensed) with 75 apartments in Dubai, most of them listed on Airbnb. I am working together with my husband and we have 4 very friendly, punctual and responsible colleagues, who are helping us to make the check-ins and guest registrations in Dubai Tourism Department. This is to ensure that each guest will receive enough attention- as you can understand it would be impossible for me to manage it alone, but I do not consider us as a kind of company with big structure where it is hard for the clients to reach it's head). I am aware of all guests concerns as we share all information in our whattsapp group together with my colleagues, so whomever you decide to contact be sure that I would know it within minutes. I pay attention of the condition and cleaning of the apartments, visiting each unit with the inspection every month myself, checking the reports of my colleagues after each check out and cleaning. Cleaning is provided before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. Please keep in mind that apartments I manage are private apartments registered in Dubai Tourism Department. I am very thankful for those 2000+ great reviews I received from my guests and it is a really nice motivation to keep the score. So far I am very happy to host in Airbnb as this community brings us perfect guests!

During your stay

If your arrival is between 8 am and 6 pm, we provide a check in service in person, with explanation of how to use electronics in the apartment, overview of the around area. For any questions whatss app/sms/email are also available ( only if reservation is confirmed).
For the check-ins between 7 pm and 8 am there is a Self check-in. We will stay in touch with you by whatss app/phone/sms after your arrival to support in case of emergency, and you will collect keys from the security desk/lock box. To ensure that the check in will be easy and smooth, you will receive all necessary instructions before the check-in.
