Other Things to Note
During the check-in we usually ask some personal details such as name, surname, date of birth. This is to prepare the tourist contract that you'll need to sign (as italian law asks to hosts).
We'll send it to our guest in advance, just to have a look of it.
We inform you that the council charge a small tourist tax of €1 per day, per person. (The maximum number of days this charge applies is for up to 4. So if you stay more than four days is the maximum that you will be charged). In winter this tax is € 0,50 per day, per person. So we need to ask you this small tax.
We kindly ask you:
- Not making too much noise during the hours of rest.
- Take care of the furniture and furnishings.
- Leave the apartment tidy
- Follow the rules of separated collection.
- Please, don't smoke.
Great experience with Laura and Valerie. Our travel schedule was a bit wonky the day of arrival and they were very accommodating. The place was as advertised - clean, pleasant, and more than spacious and luxurious enough for our purposes. Location was excellent - minutes walk from both trains and the main amenities of the town. Communication was perfect, and we would recommend this spot and hostesses to anyone. Grazie Sara e Valerie!
The apartment was very central, and had all the comforts one could wish for. It was clean, spacious and very conveniently located. Valeria was a very accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Valeria! We would definitely come back next time.
This apartment was perfect for us, a travelling couple. The location was easy with only a short walk from the railway and the centre of Como. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. All our needs were met with washing and cleaning materials provided. I am happy to recommend this apartment to others.
Grazie!!! A presto. Simona&Isabel
