Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in the heart of Downtown Lodi! This cozy retreat is the perfect choice for your next getaway, offering comfort, convenience, and a prime location that will make your stay truly memorable. Our home's location is second to none! A 5 minute stroll to all that Downtown Lodi has to offer, 5 minute drive to beautiful Lodi Lake & Nature Trail, 3 minute drive to Lodi Adventist Hospital, and centrally located to all of Lodi's prestigious wineries.

The space
Step inside and discover a warm and inviting living area that's perfect for lounging after a day of wine tasting or a day spent at the lake. Sink into the plush sofa or armchair, turn on the smart TV, and stream your favorite shows and movies on Netflix or Hulu.

The charming kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. It's a great space to prepare delicious meals, and a dining table with seating for six.

The house features two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Both bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, a smart TV with Hulu and Netflix provided, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom is sleek and quaint. Relax with a bath in our spacious tub or rinse off in our separate shower. The bathroom has a vanity with two mirrors, and plenty of fresh towels.

The home is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer for guest use as needed.

Step outside and you'll find a lovely backyard with a patio dining area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
