Excellent location and super hip loft in the heart of east downtown. The notes from Roman and Andrea were accurate and well written for getting access, the place was clean, simply decorated and loved the little unique details with the raised garden in the yard, barn door entrance and loft atmosphere. This is not a giant place, and the bed is on top of the loft which requires a pretty steep ascent on the ladder shown in the pics, but that's what I found the most charming about the place. It's exactly as it is described, and if you're looking for a super chill and hip place to hang out in the heart of the city you can't go wrong here. I was in town for a business conference, but I brought my bike and inflatable canoe and I fell in love with the quiet neighborhood so close in proximity to the lake!! It was my first time paddling out to see the bat colony, and the weather and their grand exit was really the highlight of my trip. No real issues or inconveniences. Thank you Roman and Andrea, Pen

The place was exactly as described and the photos were very accurate. While Roman and Andrea were away they had Justin take care of anything I needed. He was a great host and helped me get settled in. It is located in a nice little community and downtown was a 15 min walk away and there are great little bars on E 6th street along with a great barbecue place(la barbecue) which was only 5 mins away.

The stay was absolutely amazing! Very quiet neighborhood, and close to just about everything. I don't think we drove more than 10 minutes to each destination. Definitely will be coming over here on my next adventure in Austin.

Beautifully designed, very peaceful and relaxing. Comfortable mattress. Great location! The space does not have a microwave, so keep that in mind for leftovers, or buying food.
