Beautiful 2 bedroom house steps from UNC Campus. Walking distance from downtown, the hospital, and all other campus buildings. As well, free bus service 2 blocks away.
Lots of light, open kitchen, wood floors, wi-fi, cable, hammock, and washer/dryer. Pets considered on individual basis. The neighborhood is great and there is a charming cafe down the street known for their BLTs. Who could ask for anything more?!

I had a great time here, Katie was so accommodating and very chilled. Although it was a bit further away from town it really suited my needs as it was walking distance to the hospital and the university. There is also a free bus to the busier parts of town at the end of the street along with the diner that does the most amazing BLT. Katie was happy to chat about our day over a beer in the evening which made me feel really welcome, thanks!
Katy was just a wonderful host! She was very welcoming and friendly! She truly made this stay special for me. Apart from that, the apartment is really cozy, well equiped and clean. There was not one single thing I had missed there! I can totally recommend her place to anyone who looks for accomodation in Chapel Hill.
I stayed in the appartment for four weeks and felt immediately at home. It is a highly recomendable place, very nice furnished, very clean and convenient. It is a calm street very close to UNC with good bus connections to the campus and city centre. Debra and Kathie are great hosts. Juliane from Munich, Germany
great little house very well equipped. location superb, couple of hundred yards from terrific little diner and close to uni. highly recommend this place.
We stayed here on a 4th of July trip to the Triangle area. It was a perfect spot! Walking distance to campus and town and a very comfortable place to stay. We also enjoyed the chiminea out front (despite the heat).
This was a perfect spot for me and my two 20-something children. It's a 2 bedroom self sufficient little house- 1 single bed and 1 double. It's a short drive to campus. We were relieved to be able to cook our own dinner after too many nights without a kitchen. Much appreciated!
