The space
Our space is 32m2 sized, located on the 1st floor and has the following characteristics:
- Room with Split air, TV, Sky, double box bed, clothes rack, mirror, electronic safe, mini iron and mini ironing board.
- Bathroom with shower with central heating, hygienic shower and hairdryer and amenities kit (supplied only on the day of arrival).
- Living room with split air, TV, futton sofa bed that can be set up for couples or two singles, gourmet table / bench with 4 stools, integrated kitchen with cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and various utensils of kitchen.
- Balcony with hammock, table with 2 chairs, portable clothes line and sea view.
- Free Wi-Fi Internet.
- We provide bed linen and towels.
- We have a space to store luggage (available from 9 am to 5 pm).
- Kids: We have a portable crib, bed linen, towels, feeding chair and dishes, glasses & children's cutlery - subject to availability. (During the pandemic we will only provide crib, towel and bed linen).
- Pets (well-behaved and small): We have padded beds and bowls. (Suspended during the pandemic).

IMPORTANT: During the pandemic, we adopted safety and hygiene protocols. The flat cleaning service during your stay is free and will be done on alternate days.
We count on the collaboration of all regarding the protocols.

Arrival and Departure:
- Check-in time: from 14:00 till 17:30.
- Check-out time: until 12:00
- In case of arrival before check-in time and / or departure after check-out time, we have an storage for your luggage, available from 9 am to 5 pm.
- During the pandemic, the authorities require everybody to present a PRINTED Voucher of the accommodation on your arrival to access the island, mandatorily. Therefore, we ask to inform your email as soon as the reservation is confirmed so that we can forward the document.
- It is necessary to inform in advance the time of the estimated arrival in order to our staff is at your disposal for the checkin.


Pets admission terms:
- Request prior authorization, to formalize the acceptance of the terms by email;
- Up to 2 small pets (up to 15kg);
- We have 1 padded bed and 2 bowls (subject to availability);
- The animal must be in perfect health condition, the vaccination card must be presented;
- The necessary materials for pet care (hygiene and food) are the guest responsibility;
- The guest is responsible for taking care that there is no disturbance of the silence around with noises caused by the pet;
- Any damage caused to the flat will be the responsibility of the guest, as well as the cleaning of liquid or solid waste;
- It is not allowed to keep the pet without a companion in the flat;
- In the commom area, the animal must be always with the guide, or in appropriate bags / lap.
