Warm room, lovely cottage in a quite country area, rich breakfast and Sue was a very kind and nice host, Definitely advised!
Lovely, lovely house and sue is delightful as well. Easy communication, beautiful room and private bathroom. Sue very helpful and great to talk to. Lovely breakfast provided and even a little bottle of rose on arrival. Absolutely happy to recommend sue and her gorgeous house.
I had a good, though brief, stay with Sue. I was very appreciative of Sue accepting my reservation request at very short notice (same day) and after having a long day at work. She was very friendly and provided a tasty breakfast. The location is also fantastic, being in a quaint little village and having picturesque countryside and a river nearby.
Excellent accommodation, historic house and set in a lovely village.
Comfortable, clean room in an interesting house. The host Sue was very helpful. Clear directions to the house as the GPS will fail. Great breakfast. Thanks very much Sue.
Thank you to Sue for a lovely stay. We both felt very welcome in her cosy cottage home. She was kind enough to offer us car lifts when she could and rain coats too! And at breakfast we had the delightful surprise of her homemade pastries!
Unforunately we had just one night in Sue's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable and cosy. Sue ia a perfect hostess and the place is an excellent base to know Hadrian's wall.
