Jr. Olympic size swimming pool (not heated) with two shallow ends. Inside, you'll find a spacious and cozy living space featuring a luxurious king-size bed, providing the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and when you need extra space for guests, a convenient Murphy bed neatly tucks away to optimize the living area. With scenic waterfront views and easy access to the beach, this studio condo is a delightful oasis for those seeking a coastal escape.

As part of this friendly community, you'll have access to an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Dive into the day at the large pool (not heated), where you can bask in the Florida sun and take a refreshing dip. For the fishing enthusiasts, the fishing docks provide an excellent spot to cast your line and reel in the catch of the day. And when hunger strikes, the on-site BBQ grills invite you to enjoy alfresco dining with a waterfront view.

You may see “No Trespassing” signs posted to keep construction areas secure—they do not apply to this unit. This upstairs unit was completely unaffected and remains fully private, clean, and comfortable for your stay.
