• The studio has shared walls with neighboring units, so occasional noise may be heard
While the home is typically quiet, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels.
🔇 Quiet Hours & No Parties
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties or events allowed
This is a residential area, and we appreciate your help in maintaining a peaceful environment.
📊 Noise Monitoring
To help ensure house rules are respected:
• The home includes noise monitoring devices that track decibel levels only
• These devices do NOT record audio or conversations
They are simply in place to help maintain a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.
