My boss enjoyed the place. He did mention that he had a severe nose bleed and he got his sheet bloody as he woke up gushing blood from his nose. My apologizes for any blood left in your place.
The apartment is amazing and Sam is a gracious host. Contacted me several times during my stay to see if everything was okay. I highly recommend it!
Sam was a pleasure to work with - responded quickly, answered all my questions and was beyond helpful. The location is great for downtown, walking distance to restaurants and most importantly to sxsw. The loft was perfect for our needs - clean, nicely put together, great view of the city streets below, parking garage conveniently located, and check-in/out was very simple. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay downtown Austin. Thanks Sam!
I'm an Englishman living in Austin, TX. I'm a writer and professor of psychology and travel a lot for work. I study the psychology of space so I really enjoy getting to see other people's spaces while I'm away from home. I used to do a lot of house swaps on cl so I'm very familiar with the responsibilities associated with being in other people's spaces and having other people in mine.
