When you come to stay in this enjoyable part of Dublin City (North Wall), you can enjoy all the city centre has to offer but you're just a few minutes walk away to your base by the water which has more relaxed a laid-back feel. And there are excellent jogging and cycling routes and all the amenities of the Spencer Dock’s own Linear Park.
You also have easy access by train, bus or car to visit the coastal villages of north and south Dublin (e.g. Howth or Dalkey) or to venture beyond into the countryside with Wicklow "the Garden of Ireland" if you feel like a walk/hike in the countryside after your city adventures.
Although we don't allow smoking there is a balcony where you can smoke if you wish
Its a two bedroom apartment and my boyfriend and I live in the one of the bedrooms.
The appartement was nice. The appartement was near to the citycenter (15 minutes)
The couple was very helpfull and friendly. :-D
Very nice couple. David was patient with my late flight the first night. I staid over a week and I was very little time at home and had very few opportunities to talk, but they were always very helpful.
Nadine and David are very kind hosts and they owe a really nice flat! Great view (4th floor) and perfectly located. Not in the center but close to and also close to the Airlink (airport transfer). We enjoyed the stay very much and hope to stay here again next time we visit Dublin. Erika and Hans from Germany.
My dad and I spent a couple of days at Nadine and David's place while we were hunting for an apt in Dublin. They were very nice and helpful! They gave great tips about the city! Their apt is great as well, walking distance from the city center. Otherwise the tram is very close and 5 min away from o'connell st. Don't hesitate to book it, you won't regret it! It was perfect!
Nadine and David made the communication and stay very easy. Safe and comfortable home to book if you travel on business. Highly recommended for a great trip to Dublin!

My friend and I, we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment of Nadine and David, it was very nice meeting them. They were very helpful and we got everything that we needed. I can recommend to stay at this apartment during your time in Dublin! Only the best for Nadine and David!
Very nice appartment with good location. We didn't have the occasion to meet Nadine and David, but they did all they could to have us enjoy our trip in Dublin! We had a great week end, and the accomodation was part of it :)
