Failure to adhere to the above policies will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and will pay an additional fee and possibly forfeit your security deposit.
- the only guests permitted to stay or visit, are the guests who are on the booking. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages.
Please leave the condo clean and tidy. What does this mean?
•Placing all trash in trash cans. please remove anything that needs to be thrown away; including bags, boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator
•All dirty dinnerware to be left inside dishwasher and be turned on.
• Used towels to be placed in linen baskets provided/laundry room.
•Treating the property with care and respect

Amir and Cori were both very quick to respond to any questions, and were willing to accommodate, and address any requests. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, but overall it was quite sufficient for our time there. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone seemed to keep to themselves. Good location - convenient to many restaurants.
The house is very spacious and bright all day. I had a great time in this house. But, if you don't have car you may get some problems. The nearest market are 2 miles away. When I checked in, the house seemed to leave alone for a long time. Internet does not work and some worms lie down in the living room but, it does not matter because Amir soon clear the all problems.

I just love this little Condo. Its so easy to park in front take a few steps right in the door. I travel with a handicap dog and stairs are very hard for her! For get the elevators !!
So staying here is so simple for any body who is handicap.Or handicap pawed kids.
When we arrived at the condo there was some confusion about which unit we were staying in. Amir, the host, was out of the country so we dealt with his assistant. The listing showed that we were staying in one unit but the door code didn't work and we called and they said we were in a different unit. As soon as we walked in the door we realized this was not the unit we booked. The furniture and finishings were all different. The wifi was not working but Amir's assistant got that fixed with the cable company quickly. This unit is not updated as described. It does not have hardwood floors, new paint, granite, etc. It is advertised to sleep 6 but the couch does not pull out. The kitchen is barely equipped for cooking and since we stayed there for a week I had to improvise, a lot. There was no hand soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, etc. The assistant brought some of those things over to us within a few hours. When we compared pictures of the space we booked and the space we were in and confirmed it was not the same apartment we immediately reached out to Amir directly. He said that the pictures were accidently put in for the wrong apartment as he does have lots of units available. He corrected it on Airbnb and offered us a 2 nights stay refund. Amir was quick and professional with his responses even when he was overseas on vacation. While we wouldn't stay in this unit again and despite our experience we would stay with Amir again as we trust that if there is a problem he will correct it. The location for this space was quiet and convenient to both Sandy Springs and the Dunwoody area.
