The space
My family and I stay in the main house, but the two-car garage converted studio with a bathroom and outdoor shower (April-Oct) will be your own private space to hang out.
It includes:
-TV with Chromecast for streaming.
-Beach chairs and umbrella
-Outside seating area
-DVD player with some DVD’s above the TV
-Nintendo 64 with games.
-Several board games and card games.

We are located in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance to Sea Girt Mall Shopping Center with a Foodtown supermarket & liquor store, a Dunkin Donuts, Andy's Pizza, Sundaes Ice Cream, Cluck-U, La Rosa Chicken, Fresh Kitchen, Szechuan Tokyo, and a laundry mat.
Also, nearby is Brook 35 Plaza with: Playa Bowls, Chipoltle, Starbucks, Turning Point, shopping, massage, and spa locations.

During your stay

I generally give my guests their space, but I’m available if you should need anything at all. If I’m outside relaxing or working in the yard I may just introduce myself and check to see if you’re all good or if you need anything.
