The stay was the most incredible last minute getaway ever. The area was beautiful and the light morning rain made the garden even more magical. I appreciated how immaculate the place was and loved the interior design. In the morning Sheri prepared a delightful breakfast for us and we had an enjoyable chat! We loved every moment and can't wait to bring more friends back.
I enjoyed my stay at their beautiful home. Sheri and Maurice were very nice and helpful.
By far the best place we stayed at. It is beyond what we expected in terms of cleanliness, warmth and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Sheri & Maurice for such a wonderful stay and amazing breakfast and of course the lovely chat
Our host was very welcoming in the e-mail and text messages leading up to the visit. Unfortunately, we did not meet in person as we arrived late and left early.
The house is very nice and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The pictures perfectly represent the room and house where we stayed.
This was a very last minute stay and the hosts were very accommodating despite being out of the country. Had great communication with Heather, the hosts' daughter. We simply slept there so we don't have much feedback on the amenities. The house is beautiful and in the heart of Petaluma. It was a bit formal for our taste but would make a wonderful romantic getaway!
Sheri & Maurice were very welcoming in the e-mail and text messages leading up to the visit. Unfortunately, we did not meet them in person but the host, brother`s Sheri, was friendly and hospitable.
The house is very nice and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The room is cozy&comfy.
As soon as I arrived to the house, I was greeted by Rory (Sheri's Brother) who showed me immediately to my room. The listing was 100% accurate and the room was very cozy and comfortable.

About the Host, Sheri & Maurice
We are a married couple and have lived here in Petaluma for almost 40 years. Our home is furnished with many antiques because of our interests and business. We have hosted exchange students from Spain and France (for up to a school year) and have traveled to Europe several times and hope to go again to see different countries.
We love the many dining choices here in town all focusing on fresh local food as well as a number of microbreweries. We enjoy walks in a number of parks here with walking trails, marshes and water fowl. Downtown is less than a fifteen minute walk with many antique shops, restaurants, movie theater and coffee (website hidden) tie up in downtown at the "turning basin" on the Petaluma River providing a great view from many local restaurants.
