Step into a tranquil 3-bedroom, 2-bath haven, seamlessly blending history with modern comfort. Easy access via 2 front & back ramps, seamless shower entry, and king-size adjustable bed. The back driveway & patio area has a secure gated entry. We are minutes from downtown, Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, & downtown attractions. Nature enthusiasts will love the Brazos River, hiking, biking, & Cameron Park Zoo all close by. The property is off I-35, close to the popular George's Restaurant.

The space
The large master bedroom has a full-length mirror, an adjustable king-size bed, and a connecting easy-access bathroom/ shower area. The toilet seat is a raised higher seat and there is a grab bar for assistance. The bed has a 4 removable 4-inch topper for added comfort.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser and bench.

The bunk bedroom has plenty of room for our other quest with a full-size bed and 3 twin-size beds.

All rooms have a stand-alone fan and white noise machine to help you get the best rest.
