The space
In the Marais district, 28 m2 studio with all the comforts in a 19th century building with elevator (note: the elevator is small, one person plus a suitcase), renovated this year. Balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris and the dome of St Paul.

The apartment is bright thanks to these two French windows, and is on the 5th floor. Very quiet and central between Place de la Bastille and Place des Vosges, you are only 10 minutes from Île Saint-Louis, the quays of the Seine, 15/20 minutes' walk from Place du Châtelet, Centre G. Pompidou and Les Halles.

The studio is well-equipped, renovated in 2020. The bed is a sofa bed in the living area with a comfortable armchair to enjoy the TV (more than 100 channels and NETFLIX), internet (Wi-Fi), a CD and DVD player.
The living area includes a walnut table and three armchair chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
A large closet and wardrobe allow you to store your belongings.
The bathroom, bright with its large window, has a sink, toilet and large shower area. The water heater is new (March 2020).

All amenities are on site: shops (grocery stores, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, cheese shop, bookstore, record stores...), plus cinemas and the Opéra Bastille.
The post office is on the street, the banks are on the corner.

Transportation, metro (lines 1, 5, 8; Bastille station) and bus (lines 20, 29, 65 and 86, 87, 91 and 96) within 5 minutes allow you to move around quite easily throughout Paris and reach the main stations.
Taxi stand 3 minutes away.

You will be in a neighborhood that is both quiet and touristy. Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful and oldest in Paris is an 8-minute walk, Place de la Bastille is 3 minutes as is the Port de l'Arsenal.
